Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase without incurring any charges. To request a cancellation, contact our customer support team.

Cancellations requested beyond the 24-hour period may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped.

Order Cancellation by ECCT

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • The product is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Payment is not successfully processed or verified.
  • Fraudulent activity or suspected misuse of the product.
  • Any violation of our Terms and Conditions.

In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and any payments made will be fully refunded.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • The product received does not match the order details.

A cancellation request is approved within the stipulated 24-hour period.

 

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds are not provided under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after the product has been shipped or used.
  • Improper usage, damage caused by the customer, or unauthorized modifications.

Claims made after 14 days of product delivery.

Refund Process

Customers must notify us of any issues by contacting our support team within 7 days of receiving the product. Please include proof of purchase, photos of the issue (if applicable), and a detailed description of the problem.

Upon receiving the request, we will review the claim and, if approved, process the refund within 7-10 business days.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during purchase. Processing times may vary based on your financial institution.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

Customers must contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Once approved, ship the product to the address provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

 

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Exchange Policy

Defective or damaged products may be exchanged for a replacement of the same item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Proof of defect or damage is required.

Exceptions and Special Cases

  • Clearance or promotional items.
